Gold Sun TechniqueBy R. Boucher After you have done the grounding exercise, it is good to practice the gold sun technique to replenish your space and help you feel even more energetic. Picture a golden sun about a foot above your head. It is full of glowing, warm light. Have this gold sun collect back your energy from wherever you have left it; the sun will clean your energy with its heat. Next, visualize this gold sun coming down into your crown chakra and washing through your body, moving down all seven chakras, and filling your arms and legs as well. Imagine this gold sun radiating through every cell in your body and growing large as it expands past your body into your aura, or energy field. Notice how much lighter you feel as a result. As a variation to this technique, try imagining the gold sun above your head bringing golden light into your body from head to toe and at the same time picture something that you want in this gold light. For example, if you want more love, visualize a heart flowing through the light and washing through your body. Other ideas might be a dollar sign for money, a smiley face for happiness, or a peace symbol for peace.
